payments

Payment is due in full at time of purchase, before shipping. All major credit cards, Paypal, or Everglow Handmade gift cards are accepted.

shipping

Your purchase will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure this address is correct before submitting your order. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Shipping times vary. With USPS Ground, it can take up to seven days to ship across the country from our studio in Portland, OR.

processing time

Orders typically leave our studio within 3-5 business days, depending on order volume. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. Please email us if you need something soon & we will do our best to help!

international shipping

custom fees & duties

Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, & duties associated with purchasing & shipping to their respective countries.

shipping times

In order to affordable international shipping prices, most international orders are shipped via First Class Mail International. Please keep in mind orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Please let us know if you need to ship something quicker. Due to the nature of international shipping, all sales are final, and we are unable to issue replacements due to lost packages, delayed transit, or items queued in customs.

returns & refunds

Claims for missing items, incorrect items, or items damaged in transit must be received within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. The items will be exchanged and/or a replacement will be sent if there has been proof of delivery from the mail carrier. Items with a delayed delivery or still in transit will not be resent.

If there is a problem or you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your items. We do our best to make every customer happy & your satisfaction is very important to us. Once you have contacted us, we can process your return. Upon delivery of the undamaged & unopened items back to us, we will process a refund for the product. Shipping is non-refundable and any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

sales & discounts
