CUSTOMIZATING YOUR SEMI-CUSTOM SUITE
for each invitation suite (semi-custom & custom), i custom write out the bride & groom’s name, to make this invitation suite really yours! send me a message within your order if you want to customize other elements of the suite, including text & envelope colors. invitation elements, design, & colors can be modified for an additional charge. i want to make sure we make this suite feel yours.
when ordering from my semi-custom collection, you will normally receive your finished wedding invitations in 5-6 weeks. after ordering your desired wedding pieces & submitting payment, you will receive a form to specify your invitation wording & other details.
when ordering your quantity of invitations, please remember to count the number of households invited as opposed to the number of individuals invited. we also suggest ordering an extra 10-15 invitations just in case you need to resend any, invite additional people, or want to save them as keepsakes.
save the dates should be sent out no earlier than 6 months before your wedding, with wedding invitations mailed out 6-8 weeks before your wedding (or 8-10 weeks if you are planning a destination wedding). if you didn’t send out a save the date, i would suggest sending your invitations out 10-12 weeks in advance of your wedding (or 12-14 weeks for a destination wedding). design & production of your suite usually takes around 5-6 weeks, plus additional time if you have hired me to address your envelopes with calligraphy.
if you need to increase your order quantity or order additional pieces, please let me know as soon as possible. the later i am notified, the more your modification will cost so we can keep your timeline on track.
on the flip side, i am usually unable to accommodate requests to decrease your order quantity. i usually order supplies immediately, and cannot accommodate decrease requests after this is done. you can send me an email to see what i can do, but please understand that i am not normally able to accomodate quantity decrease requests.
orders with digital printing will be shipped within 4-5 weeks of your printing proof approval. please let me know if you need your suite sooner than this, i can see if i have availability to rush you order. please note that rush fees will apply.
i will send you a proof within 3-5 business days, which you must respond to within 2 days to stay on track with the timeline. 3 rounds of proofs are included, you can request additional proofs for $25/proof. i ask that you carefully review your proof for any typos, spelling errors, and other inaccuracies prior to giving approval to print. i will be checking for typos & any inconsistencies on my own, of course - but it’s always better to have two sets of eyes checking!
after you approve your final proof for printing, any additional changes will incur reprinting fees, additional material fees, and possible rush fees to keep on track with your production timeline. i will also not be held responsible for any mistakes found after you have given approval for printing.
we print everything in-house with our professional printer and can offer full color digital printing. please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen & how it prints on different paper.

all items are shipped through usps priority mail.
we pack our stationery orders with the utmost care to ensure that your paper goods arrive to your doorstep in the exact condition they leave my desk. however, we cannot accept responsibility if your items are damaged in the mail. once we release the package to a third-party mail carrier (usps unless otherwise specified), we relinquish liability for the shipping & handling of the package. we are unable to refund money on a purchase that is lost, damaged, etc. in transit to you. please make sure to input the correct shipping address.
your wedding pieces are delivered to you unassembled. this helps us keep costs down for you. and it also gives you & your partner a chance to gush over your beautiful suite & spend a cozy night in putting them together. but if you’re not into that, i can always assemble your pieces at an additional cost.
please review your finished paper goods within 7 days of receiving to make sure everything is just as you dreamed! if an error was made on my behalf, i will make sure to correct it. if there is an error that was approved in the printing proof approval, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client.
cancellations must be made within one business day of purchase. if you cancel after receiving a preliminary proof, but before yours items are printed, you will only be billed for the amount of work that has been completed. the remainder of your total purchase process will be refunded.
orders in which i have begun the printing/production process will not be refunded.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
due to the custom nature of my wedding invitations, i do not offer refunds or exchanges. all sales are final.
hand-written nature of calligraphy, there is a variance in spacing, size, and style of letters. calligraphy is an art, no two words, letters, or pieces are identical. dissatisfcation with the my aesthetic judgment or artistic ability are not valid reasons for termination or refunds.
if everglow handmade is unable to complete your order because of an emergency situation, your payment will be refunded in full and you will be notified as soon as possible.
all prices are subject to change without notice. i do everything i can to ensure prices are accurate, but if a listed item is purchased at an incorrect price, i retain the right to cancel and refund the purchase.
your purchase is not a work-for-hire and contains proprietary material that is owned by, or licensed to everglow handmade. this material may include, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, text, images, and graphics. you may not use this product, or any part of it, for commercial or separate personal purposes without permission from everglow handmade. you may not copy the purchased item nor allow others to copy it. all copyright, trademarks, design rights, & other intellectual property (registered & unregistered) shall remain vested in everglow handmade. if you would like exclusive rights to any design i create, please let me know and i will provide you with a quote. i also retain the right to post the work i’ve done for you on social medial. please let me know if you have any issues with me posting your invitation suite on social media.
