thank you for your interest in everglow handmade! here are our wholesale terms & conditions.

WHOLESALE PRICING
a single greeting card is $2.75, with a minimum order quantity of 6.

BUY NOW
add each item to your cart & checkout now, your order will ship within 7-10 business days.

OR EMAIL YOUR ORDER
email your order to rachel@everglowhandmade.com & i will send you an invoice when your order is ready for shipment. once paid, i will send your order out to you.

ORDERING
$150 minimum for opening orders
$100 minimum for reorders

DISPLAY & PACKAGING
we use compostable sleeves for most products. all products must be sold in their original packaging. multi-card packs may not be broken up.

TERMS
net 30 terms are offered for vendors after their opening order. please email me at rachel@everglowhandmade.com if you are interested.

SHIPPING
we typically ship via usps ground advantage, or whatever is cheapest. if you have a specific shipping preference, please let us know in advance. shipping costs will be reflected in the final invoice, you will be notified immediately of any items on backorder.

CANCELLATIONS
cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. any cancellations made after will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

EXCHANGES
products (in good condition & original packaging) that are not selling well in your store may be exchanged within 90 days for other items that may sell better. shop worn items (items with damage, barcodes, or non-removable price tags, etc.) cannot be exchanged. buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to return product & receive new product.

RETURNS
we do not accept returns, see our exchange policy above.

DAMAGES
please report any items damaged in transit or order errors within five business days of delivery and we will replace the items / fix our errors at no charge.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
all products are produced within the pacific northwest on recyclable paper with compostable sleeves.

while prices are subject to change without written notice, we always do our best to give our current & potential customers a heads up. get on our mailing list to make sure you stay in the loop. please reach out if you have any concerns, i’m always happy to chat.
